How do I log in without a password?
Enter your phone number and call the number shown on the site. The call hangs up on its own and costs nothing — that’s how we confirm the number is yours.
How do I use a promo code?
Open “Promo codes”, tap “Show QR” and show the screen at the till. You can also just say the code — staff will enter it manually.
How long is a promo code valid?
The validity is shown on the deal page — usually 14 days from purchase. You can see how much time is left under “Promo codes”.
What if I don’t make it in time?
If a promo code expires unused, we’ll refund it.
Can I use a promo code twice?
No: once redeemed at the till, the code is no longer valid.
